  • Extreem harde oplassingen die bestand zijn tegen abrasieve slijtage door materialen zoals: mineralen, cement, steenkool, hoogovenslakken<\/li>\n
  • Oplassen van roosters in ertsverwerkingsinstallaties<\/li>\n
  • Onderdelen van brekers, transportschroeven<\/li>\n

    Instructies<\/h3>\n

    • Lastechniek:<\/strong> voor open booglassen, gebruik een stick-out (de afstand van de contacttip tot het uiteinde van de draad) van 20 tot 50 mm.<\/li>\n
    • Beschermgas:<\/strong> Lastifil 2401G kan zonder beschermgas worden gebruikt. Echter, het gebruik van Argon + 2% O2 (beschermgas M13 volgens EN ISO 14175) kan de vloeibaarheid verbeteren en nagenoeg spatloos lassen opleveren.<\/li>\n

Deze draad wordt aanbevolen voor toepassingen waarbij ernstige\u00a0slijtage optreedt. Het lasmetaal is niet bewerkbaar en heeft een goede warmhardheid tot 650\u00b0C.
