    • Oppervlaktevoorbereiding:<\/strong> reinig het werkoppervlak grondig door te slijpen en zorg ervoor dat alle vuil, olie, verf, roest of andere onzuiverheden verwijderd worden.<\/li>\n
    • Gebruik een basislaag:<\/strong> bij het aanbrengen op scheurgevoelig staal wordt het aanbevolen om een basislaag van Lastifil 807 of Lastifil 85 te gebruiken.<\/li>\n

      Lastifil 261G is een corrosiebestendige CoCrMo gevulde draad met gedispergeerde harde carbiden die de legering versterken en de hardheid ervan verhogen, maar ook de taaiheid verminderen. Deze draad heeft een uitstekende slijtweerstand bij cavitatie en metaal op metaal wrijving. Het wordt echter niet aanbevolen voor ernstige slijtage door harde deeltjes.
